Ariel Becker: Founder – CEO

I have committed the last 30 years to creating deep, rich, and memorable experiences for others. It is my most sincere joy and underlying passion. At Becker and The CO., I have built a company surrounding the principles of service, professionalism, and quality. We pride ourselves in surpassing expectations and creating memories that exceed imagination.

My career binds together hospitality experience at Williams Island in Miami, directing Catering at the largest hotel in Israel, the Hilton Tel Aviv, serving as the General Manager of the 5-star Carmel Forest Spa Resort, as Hotel Director aboard Royal Caribbean International cruise-ships, and taking on the position of Regional VP of Operations for Restaurants Associates at the World Bank in Washington DC.

We have a great team at Becker and The Co. and we absolutely love working with our clients. Each one of our clients brings their own style and personality, and set of challenges and opportunities, and working together as a team to craft memorable experiences is heartbeat of our work. Erez LevyFood & Beverage Consultant

Erez became fascinated with food and cooking as a child in his native Israel, where his grandmother was a passionate home cook. After moving to Los Angeles, Erez spent four years at Spago Beverly Hills, training under Chefs Lee Hefter and Wolfgang Puck, honing his skills executing fine dining events and various award ceremonies; Erez’s organizational talent helped him coordinate the opening of the Restaurant at the W Hotel Westwood and to run the kitchen as Executive Sous Chef.

Erez draws on his extensive culinary background and vast experience with catering companies, to supervise, guide, and direct the F&B needs of Becker and The Co’s clients.

Lauren FisherEvents Coordinator

Lauren has spent the last 4 years in the hospitality and management field, specializing in client relations of entertainment, fashion and lifestyle brands. Her expertise is in the details: she personalizes each event to bring the utmost style, creativity and efficient and organized management possible. She prides herself on personalized attention, extensive communication, focused quality and bringing a fresh perspective to each and every event. Her work includes branding, content, and vendor relationship management.  


Adam BeckerDay of the Event – Assistant Coordinator

For over 5 years, Adam has been happy to serve Becker and The Co’s clients on the ultimate Day of the Event. As Assistant Coordinator on the day of the event, he helps to take care of every last detail of the coordination process: from ensuring that vendors are following the plan, to efficiently responding to impromptu client requests. He is happy to be of service.


Twyla MontiDirector of Sales and Marketing

Twyla’s passion is creating paths of communication between brands and consumers, through public relations, social media and marketing, from wild and out-of-the-box to the deeply impactful. Her 16 years of work in private enterprise, fashion, design, philanthropy and communications has helped her gain a unique perspective on events, from the intimate to the grand, and how a client’s visions should be seen, felt, and experienced. She loves working closely with clients, hearing their hopes and dreams and turning them into reality. She holds degrees in psychology and design, and is known to hit the dancefloor whenever a good tango or salsa song comes on.
